Designing a realistic cloud PMS workflow that connects front desk, night audit, accounting, rooms management, and reporting needs into one clear and user-friendly product experience.
💡 My Solution
Built a full-stack MVP with a React frontend and Node.js/Express API, including dashboard KPIs, reservation workflow, room assignment and unassignment, folios with tax breakdowns, house accounts, night audit locking, support tickets, audit logs, and multilingual UI support.
